Welcome to 5th Grade!!!

I am so excited to be your teacher this year! This is my 18th year teaching, my 13th at Radez in 5th grade. I grew up in Rotterdam and went to Russell Sage College in Troy. After college I moved to Florida to teach 1st grade for four years. I moved back to New York and ended up finding my permanent job at Radez. 

This year will be a new experience for me since our classroom will have a Chromebook cart available ALL DAY LONG!!! I am super excited for this and will spend this summer working hard to change the way I teach. I have a lot of exciting ideas that you will hopefully have a lot of fun with!
